There are 4 convenient ways to order products from Calbiotech.

  • Order Online: Shop quickly and securely from this website. Instructions for online ordering can be found below.
  • Order by Phone: Call us at (866) CALBIOTECH or (619) 660-6162 Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm PST to place your order.
  • Order by Fax: Fax your order 24 hours a day to (619) 660-6970.

On all orders, please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Name, Company, Shipping/Billing Address and contact phone number.
  • Credit Card or Purchase Order Number
  • Product Catalog Number, Quantity and price quote (if applicable).

How to Order Online:

  1. Register on www.calbiotech.com by following the “Login” link at the top of the page or click here.
  2. Once on the Login Page, follow the link named Register and proceed to create a user name.
  3. An activation email will be sent to the email address you provided in the previous step, open that email and follow the link contained within to activate your account.
  4. Now you are ready to login and shop securely on www.calbiotech.com.
  5. Proceed to the Products Page or use the Order Online Product Search featured on the homepage to locate the product(s) you require.
  6. When you find the product, specify the quantity and simply click the Add to Cart button.
  7. Repeat this process to add other products to your shopping cart.
  8. The shopping cart will display all items you have selected and quantities you have specified.
  9. Continue your purchase by selecting your preferred shipping method.
  10. Enter all requested billing and shipping information.
  11. Conclude your check out by entering your payment information. The payment portal of the website is secure. Calbiotech does not store your personal information or credit card numbers.
  12. You will see an Order Confirmation page upon completion of check out and will also receive an email confirmation to the address provided at the time of registration.
